Auto Rodz Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied.  If a part doesn’t fit as described or your project takes a left turn, we are happy to take parts back in resalable condition.  We accept returns up to 90 days after the purchase date.

Before returning an item, you must contact Auto Rodz to authorize a return and to obtain any specific instructions. You may contact us either by email or phone.

Restrictions

Items that are unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition will be happily accepted for return, subject to inspection.

Items that arrive damaged, missing pieces, or otherwise unusable must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection. The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a valid warranty issue:

• Parts or products not in new, resalable condition.
• Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly.
• Products that are missing parts. (Parts missing from original shipment would be a warranty issue. We can assist with that.)
• Parts not returned with all original product packaging and materials. (Over-boxing materials may be replaced or substituted, see below.)
• Custom-ordered or personalized products.
• Hazardous materials (i.e. batteries, paint, flammables, aerosols, etc.).
• Programmers, Tuners, Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, after they have been opened.
• Wheels and/or tires, after they have been mounted. Auto Rodz is not responsible for fees or charges associated with mounting or balancing.

Notes

• When returning an item, please over-box with the original packaging which was used to ship to you.
  • Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
  • If you have discarded the over-boxing materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
• All returns are subject to inspection.
• Items that exceed the time limit or show evidence of use will not be refunded. Items may be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense. If customer doesn’t agree to return shipping fees, item may be disposed of at Auto Rodz discretion.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If your order included any “special offer” or “free parts”, they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
• In cases where there is a significant difference between the order date and the date shipped to customer, please contact Auto Rodz to discuss return.
